WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Discover

  • American Express

  • Paypal

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

  • Returns/Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of delivery of non-custom/personalized items less any applicable shipping fees.

  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned. Your return may experience issues in processing if not included.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and/or not used.

  • Refunds/Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted on custom and/or personalized items at anytime unless item is damaged, defective, and/or incorrect.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Should any of the items in your order become out of stock, we will process a refund for the out of stock item(s) to your original form of payment and the remaining order will be shipped. 

  • If there are any problems, please message us right away and it will be rectified.

  • Please Note: We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history.

    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your payment is authorized and verified: All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its final destination. 

Standard Shipping:

1-3 business days processing

3-5* business days shipping

Express Shipping:

1-2 business days processing

1-3* business days shipping

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49.00

*This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

**Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes

  • If you need a product(s) sooner, please contact us.

  • We know that you are eager to receive your order but please ensure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all of the required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is extremely important for a timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.

  • For any non-delivery or tracking issues (i.e. carrier states your order is delivered but you have not received it), please contact us no later than 5 days so we can assist you with resolving any issues with the carrier.

  • Please note: Any issues with the delivery of your package may include a claims process through the carrier which can take 30 days or more. Although Amaranthine Creations will assist you with the process, we do not accept responsibility of lost delivered packages and a refund will not be issued.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this moment, we do not but we look forward to doing so in the near future.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be notified of the status of your order via the email you provided upon check out. You may also track your order by logging into your member account and clicking on the applicable order. Should you have any questions/concerns about your order, please contact us at: AmaranthineCreationsLLC@gmail.com and we will be glad to further assist you.

I WANT TO EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER

We understand that you want your orders as soon as possible and when orders are placed we are working fast and hard to fulfil them. This means that we are not able to cancel and/or make changes to your order. Changes includes (but are not limited to) the following:​

  • Billing or shipping address update

  • Addition or removal of items

  • Change in color/size of items

  • Addition or removal of a discount code

  • Order cancellation request

  • Shipping method change

DO YOU OFFER SMALLER/LARGER SIZES?

We do offer smaller/larger sizes (including children sizes) as custom orders. If you would like to place an order in these sizes (i.e. XS, 4XL, 12M, 2T, etc.), please contact us at: AmaranthineCreationsLLC@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER MORE COLOR OPTIONS FOR THE T-SHIRTS AND FONTS?

We can make certain shirt styles in different t-shirt and font colors, please contact us at: AmaranthineCreationsLLC@gmail.com if interested in a color not listed on our website.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

We do offer custom orders (clothing, cups, candles, gift baskets, decorations, etc.) If you have a specific custom request, please email us at: AmaranthineCreationsLLC@gmail.com with all of the details pertaining to your order request and we will contact you back within 24hrs.

CAN YOU HELP WITH AN EVENT/BULK ORDER? DO YOU PROVIDE A DISCOUNT FOR BULK ORDERS?

We can certainly help create custom items for your event(s) and/or fulfil a bulk order(s).  We do provide a discount for a bulk order(s). Please contact us at: AmaranthineCreationsLLC@gmail.com and we will contact you back within 24hrs. For bulk orders, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance.
